1. General hotel information
Where exactly is the Seabel Alhambra Beach Golf & Spa located?
The Seabel Alhambra Beach Golf & Spa is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Port El Kantaoui, near Sousse. Set in 11 hectares of parkland, it lies on the beachfront, next to the El Kantaoui golf course. It is approximately 2 km from the Port El Kantaoui marina and around 30 minutes from Enfidha-Hammamet and Monastir airports. View the route on Google Maps.
Is the hotel directly on the beach? How far away is the beach?
Yes, the hotel has a beautiful private beach, where sunbeds and parasols are free of charge. The beach is approximately 300 m from the rooms. Discover the hotel’s setting in our photo and video gallery.
How many stars does the Seabel Alhambra have, and what type of guests does it cater to (families, couples, seniors, etc.)?
The Seabel Alhambra Beach Golf & Spa is a 4-star hotel built in neo-Moorish style. It welcomes families, with a Mini Club and activities for the whole family. Its 36-hole golf course, Padel & Tennis Club and spa also attract golfers, sports enthusiasts and wellness lovers.
Is the hotel suitable for family holidays with children?
Yes: a Mini Club for children aged 4 to 12, three children’s pools, the Grenade restaurant and two-bedroom apartments for 5 to 6 people.
2. Rooms and accommodation
What types of rooms does the hotel offer (single, double, triple, quadruple, superior, family)?
The hotel offers 225 rooms and apartments, including 2 rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
The property has 152 Superior Bungalows & Superior Rooms, accommodating 1 to 4 people, with a surface area of 30 to 34 m². It also offers 35 two-room apartments, accommodating 5 to 6 people, with a surface area of 34 to 45 m². Of these, 33 Superior Bungalows & Superior Rooms and 5 two-room apartments have their own 6 m² private pool. Accommodation with a private pool is reserved for adults and children aged 12 and over. Private pools are unsupervised; they may only be used under the constant supervision and responsibility of the accompanying adult.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace with a sea, garden or pool view?
Yes, all rooms and apartments have a terrace or balcony. Views depend on the room category: Superior rooms have a garden view. There are no sea-view rooms.
Are the rooms air-conditioned, and when is the air conditioning in operation?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Air conditioning is available from 15 June to 15 September, and heating from 15 November to 15 March, according to the periods set by the hotel.
Is there a minibar or mini-fridge in the rooms? Is there a charge?
Yes, Standard rooms and apartments are equipped with a mini-fridge and a safe, provided free of charge.
Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms or only at reception?
Internet access is free of charge at reception. Wi-Fi is also available in the Superior rooms and common areas. See all hotel services.
Are pets allowed in the hotel? Under what conditions?
Yes. Guests are asked to keep their room clean and in good condition. Any damage to the room or its equipment may be charged to the guest. We recommend that you contact the hotel before arrival to find out the applicable conditions.
3. Board, dining and drinks
Does the Seabel Alhambra operate on an All Inclusive basis? What does the package include?
Yes. The All Inclusive package includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Grenade restaurant, as well as late breakfast and afternoon tea. It also includes a Tunisian set menu served at the table once a week, upon reservation. Discover the full range of the hotel’s restaurants and bars.
What are the breakfast, lunch and dinner times?
Meals are served at the Grenade restaurant: breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00. Late breakfast is served from 10:00 to 12:00. Times may vary depending on the season; we recommend that you check them with reception.
What types of breakfast are available (buffet, continental, etc.)?
Breakfast is served as a buffet at the Grenade restaurant. A continental late breakfast is also included in the All Inclusive package.
Are there several restaurants on site, and what type of cuisine is served?
Yes. The Grenade restaurant serves all three meals as a buffet, with show cooking and themed buffets (Italian, Tunisian and seafood). A Tunisian set menu is served at the table once a week, upon reservation.
Are drinks included? Are there bars on the beach or by the pool?
Yes, local drinks are included: water, soft drinks, beer and wine served at the table, as well as a selection of drinks at the bars. Fresh fruit juices are charged at NOMAD. The hotel has the Cordoue bar, the main bar at reception, a pool bar near the Activ’ pool and a beach bar by the Zen pool (Cordoue bar: 24/7; Zen bar: 10:00 to 18:00, open from 1 April to 30 September; pool bar: 9:00 to 23:00).
4. Pools, beach and activities
How many pools does the hotel have, and are they heated in winter?
The hotel has 3 pools:
- The outdoor Activ’ pool (19 m long, 1.55 m deep);
- The outdoor Zen pool (40 m long, 1.55 m deep);
- An indoor pool (11.9 m long, 1.4 m deep).
The indoor pool is heated from November to March.
The spa also has an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi, accessible for a supplement.
What are the pool opening hours, and when is a lifeguard on duty?
Pool opening hours are set by the hotel according to the season. A lifeguard is on duty from 10:00 to 18:00. For details, please ask at reception.
What water sports and activities are available (kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, paddleboarding, etc.)?
All motorised water sports are available for a supplement. The water sports centre also offers activities such as sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats and canoeing, available for a supplement through an external provider.
What other activities are available on site (tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, archery, etc.)?
The hotel offers, free of charge, 10 hard tennis courts, mini golf, pétanque, archery, table tennis, beach volleyball, football, basketball and volleyball, as well as aerobics, gymnastics and dance. For a supplement, guests can enjoy 3 padel courts, floodlit tennis, private lessons and tennis courses, quad biking and camel rides. The El Kantaoui golf course, a 36-hole course adjacent to the hotel, is accessible with green fees.
Does the hotel offer daytime and evening entertainment (shows, themed dinners)?
Yes. During the day, the hotel offers aerobics, gymnastics, dance and sports activities. Every evening, right after dinner, the entertainment team puts on a show in the theatre or the outdoor amphitheatre. The Grenade restaurant offers themed buffets (Italian, Tunisian and seafood).
5. Children, clubs and families
Does the hotel have a kids' club? For which age groups and at what times?
Yes, the Mini Club welcomes children aged 4 to 12 throughout the season, every day from 9:30 to 17:30.
Is there a dedicated children's pool? How deep is it?
Yes, an indoor children’s pool (0.4 m deep).
What activities and entertainment are organised for children and teenagers?
The Mini Club offers pool and beach games, face painting, shows and a mini disco. Teenagers can also enjoy the hotel’s sports activities.
Are cots and high chairs available on request?
Cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request, subject to availability. Please specify your requirements when booking.
Is the Seabel Alhambra recommended for large families or multi-generational stays?
Yes, thanks to its two-room apartments of 46 m² for 5 to 6 people, its rooms for 4 people, its Mini Club and its many activities for the whole family. The hotel is also fully equipped to welcome guests with reduced mobility.
6. Spa, wellness and sport
Does the hotel have a spa or wellness centre? What services are offered?
Yes, the Seabel Alhambra spa features 20 treatment rooms, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi, a hammam, a herbal tea lounge, a relaxation room and a boutique, with direct access to the indoor pool. It offers massages (Berber, olive or argan oil, Ayurvedic Abhyanga, four-hand and couples’ massages), rituals, THALGO facial and body treatments, and 3-, 4- or 6-day wellness programmes. It is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 to 19:00.
7. Practical services on site
Does the hotel offer an airport transfer service? Is there a charge?
Yes, a transfer service to Enfidha-Hammamet and Monastir airports is available on request, for a supplement. Transfers can be booked by email at alhambra.resa@seabelhotels.com.
Is there parking on site, and is it free for guests?

8. Bookings, times and conditions
What are the check-in and check-out times at the Seabel Alhambra?
Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure, subject to the conditions of the tour operator or booking website. For late arrival or late check-out, please contact reception.
Do rates vary according to the season and travel dates?
Yes, prices for rooms and All Inclusive stays vary according to the season, length of stay, room category and available offers.
What are the cancellation and amendment conditions?
